What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it by notifiying us at contact@jjestudio.com. Once the order is shipped, you can’t cancel the order anymore — so please buy with intention.
Do you offer discounts or gift cards?
Buy 2 or more caps and get 5% off on your order — sharing is caring! Please contact us at contact@jjestudio.com if you would like to buy a gift card.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Germany. However, we are continuously evaluating opportunities for international shipping.
What are the shipping options?
We ship via DHL Go Green.
Shipping costs: 4.95 EUR for orders under 95 EUR
Free shipping on orders over 95 EUR
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
We charge a return fee of 2.95 EUR. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
This fee covers part of the return shipping and logistics costs – we cover the rest.
Why this is the case: Returns involve transport, effort, and emissions. With this solution, we want to support conscious choices without making it complicated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use the original shipping box as we specifically designed it to be reused for returns.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. Our packaging is plastic-free, biodegradable, and eco-friendly.
Do you restock sold-out caps?
Yes. We try to restock favorites with high demand. We will send an email newsletter once a product is restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter!

What are the caps made of?
100% soft cotton with durable stitching, breathable eyelets, and an adjustable metal buckle.
How do I care for my cap?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Dry clean if really needed.
Is the size adjustable?
Head circumference easily adjustable from 48cm – 60cm with a metal buckle.
Where are the caps made?
Made in China. Manufactured in a production facility certified according to OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, and GRS standards with regular quality and social audits conducted by SGS and QIMA.
